This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a beautiful old town, on a pedestrianised street. The location is absolutely perfect, with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, with new furniture and a comfortable double bed. Plus, the breakfast included adds to the value for money. The staff are friendly and the check-in process is seamless. The hotel pays great attention to detail, with basic amenities provided. One tiny improvement could be made regarding the curtains for a better blackout experience. a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Make sure you stay in the double room with a modern bathroom, double bed, great shower. The location is excellent, 15 minutes' walk to Archaelogical Complex Nebet Tepe.

Everything was great, truly enjoyed our great stay. The rooms were bright and extremely spacious and had an electric kettle and refrigerators. The bed was lovely; and there was a bathtub. It was in the heart of Plovdiv with Roman Theatre Plovdiv nearby.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the city center of Plovdiv. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were beautifully refurbished and had everything we needed, including a water kettle for making coffee and tea. The air conditioning worked well, which was important during the hot summer days. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained.
One specific situation we encountered was the inconvenience of the access system. The nine-digit code for entering the hotel and room was difficult to type on the keypad.

The entire staff was very very helpful and extremely friendly. Location: the hotel was close to ancient ruins, and the Old City. Pizzeria Pizza Lab was located 5 minutes walk away.
